Use our return center menu to make return.
Please follow the steps below to initiate a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods:
Email to customer service: info@animehypearound.com,
including: Order number, the problem you need to solve and the product picture (if necessary)
- Receive product image
- barcode photo on plastic bag
- Get coupons or refunds
- Return application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. If the application exceeds 7 days, we will not be able to accept your request.
- After receiving your Return & Exchange application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply to my e-mail timely. If there is no reply within 7 days, Return & Exchange Application will be closed automatically and unable to continue the return process.
- After receiving the return address, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue the return process.
- Please use the Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.
- Return and reship cost is on buyer; freight collect isn't acceptable.
- We do NOT accept refunds and exchange for the item we didn't make wrong.
- We will refund you within 3 working days after receiving your return, the time of arrival depends on your bank.
Other notes:
1. Due to the shooting light and the screen setting, physical color may be slightly different from picture online.
2. Please note some products may have odor, fading, spinning and wrinkles due to the feature of material, it is not a quality problem.
3. There may be a little stain in the production process of the product, which does not affect the use of the product.
4. It is possible that some clothing buttonholes do not open. Please cut it with scissors after it is received. Please do not cut the buttonhole beyond the border.
5. Accessories, colors, patterns, product details and so on may be slightly different from the pictures online due to different production batches.
Canceling orders refund conditions
Orders are only able to be canceled and refunded within 24 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you want to cancel some items in the order, please contact us to help you. If you cancel within 24 hours after payment, we will give you a full refund. If it has been more than 24 hours, we will charge a cancellation fee.
Most clothing (Printed Hoodie, T- shirt) of Anime Hype around is made in your own size, pls check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you place an order. Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame. Our tailor will start customizing and printing the clothes for you within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Thanks for your understanding.
