Yes we do have a size chart, there are included on the picture slides.
Our clothing is in Asia sizes. You will want to order one or two sizes up, depending on how loose you like your clothing. If you are a Small in American sizes, you should get a medium, or a large if you like it baggy.
We make sure our work, and all personalized products are made with precision and tenderness. As such, please help us by making sure you choose the correct size that you need. Our sizes are Asian size measurement so if might 1-2 size up/down from US/EU sizes. please make sure to use the size chart provided.
Personalized products once done, are non-exchangeable
Please follow the steps below to initiate a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods:
Email to customer service: email@example.com, including:
Order number, the problem you need to solve and the product picture (if necessary)
Return application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds 7 days we will not be able to accept your request.
- After receiving your Return & Exchange application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail timely. If there is no reply within 7 days, Return & Exchange Application will be closed automatically and unable to continue return process.
- After receiving the return address, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue return process.
- Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.
- Return and reship cost is on buyer, freight collect isn't acceptable..
- We do NOT accept refunds and exchange for the item we didn't made wrong.
- We will refund you within 3 working days after receiving your return, the time of arrival depends on your bank.
Please note order take 2 - 4 weeks to get to you.
We will provide you with shipping information as soon as there get to your local post office, we strongly advice you to be patient thank you for you understanding.
You will receive a tracking number within 3-4 business days, and then most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunatley covid has really caused major issues with shipping companies, so we can't do anything about transit delays.
